Elk Sheds

These are some sheds I found a few years ago and had mounted. With a estimate inside spread he scores 388" gross and 380" net.

445 Bull

This Bull was supposedly shot in AZ this year, scoring 445".

Last Minute Bull

I got this Bull at the last few minutes of shooting light on the last day of my Sept. 2009 Archery hunt. I was very happy with this 'last minute' Bull. He roughly scores 350" gross and 333" net.

Benjamin Chavez

This is Benjamin Chavez with a nice coues deer that he got this year with Josiah Fritzinger in the Catalina Mnts. of Arizona.

Josiah's Antelope

Here is my little brother Josiah with his first antelope with a bow. After 8 days into the hunt he was able to down this bruiser on Saturday (8/30/08). He had hunted this buck for 3 straight days before finally making a terrific 80 yard shot. The buck scores around 80". (Remember you can click on any of the pictures to make them larger.)

Colorado Record Ram

This is the largest ram ever for the state of Colorado. It lived for 12 1/2 years along the Arkansas River between Pueblo and Canon City on private property. He was driven from the herd by younger males. After being separated from the herd he moved to property owned by Fort Carson and died there of natural causes. The ram officially net scores 195 5/8", but would have scored around 203" if his right horn would have been 51" like his left.
The current world record is 208", shot in Alberta in 2000.

Gored in the Eye

This buck was gored in the eye and ripped the antler and part of the skull off of the deer. He was later shot by a hunter.The deer scored in the 190's.

Piebald Deer

Piebald deer are not as rare as albinos but are still pretty rare and are all unique with a big range of patterns and colors.

Albino deer and white deer

Albino deer are deer born with no pigment. This rare occurance happens about 1 in 75,000 in whitetail deer. A true Albino is all white with pink eyes,nose, and hooves. Often times white deer are mistaken for Albinos. White deer have dark eyes and appear like other deer except all of their fur is white. Mellanistic deer have all black fur and are even more rare than albinos.

Melanistic Deer

This is what is called a Melanistic deer. Where albinos have a lack of melanin, these deer have an over abundance of it. Extremely rare. Melanin is what makes your skin darker like when you get a sun tan. The deer on the right was shot in central Texas where there seems to be more of these than anywhere else.

Richard Radcliff

Congrats to Richard on this very unusual buck. It scored in the 150's.

High Roller

Here is High Roller, the highest scoring deer ever. Around 375"@6 yrs old and then in velvet - 418" @ 8yrs. old.

Goliath

This deer, named Goliath, was owned by a PA deer farmer named Rod Miller. Goliath (now deceased) was the second largest gross scoring captive deer at 409".

Huge Mulie

This is a true monster mule deer. This buck was killed last month by a 14 year old youth hunter named Kyle Lopez from Divide, CO. It is over 303-inches net B&C and will be the largest buck ever taken by a youth as well as the largest mule deer taken in over 20 years. The buck has 41 points and a 37 2/8 inch outside spread. The main frame alone on this
buck is over 207-inches with over 100-inches of non-typical stacked on it.

Speered and Shocked

These people woke up early one morning to a beeping noise indicating something was wrong with their electric fence...so they went out to check it out and this little buck tried to jump the fence and didnt make it. he got the post rammed through his whole body and shocked....not a lucky deer

Illinois giant

This monster was shot in IL. It has unbelievable mass.

Weird Hooves

This deer was supposedly hit on the road in Wisconsin. Biologist say that abnormally long hooves could be a result of the intact of too much minerals especially Selinium.

Misjudged

This mulie didn't jump quite high enough....

Donny Reagan

This is Donny Reagan with his 2007 Illinois whitetail. It had a 23 1/2" inside spread and scored 151 1/2".

Chan Bailey

Here is Chan's buck he got in Georgia. It has a double main beam on the right side.

Iowa Giant

I don't have any other info on this buck yet other than it was shot in Iowa this year.

Amos Toy

This is Amos with his biggest buck. He got it during shotgun season close to Austin, IN.

Sam Borders Buck

This is Sam's buck he got down in Georgia. He is supposed to be sending me some better pictures of his and Chan Bailey's deer. I will update it when I get them.

Steve Soderquist

This is (I believe) Steve's first buck. It scores in the 150's. He got it in New Washington. Very nice first deer!

George Wenger

George with his 9 pointer he got by Patoka Lake. The G-2 on the right side has a unique inward turn to it.

A Day at the Park

Andrew Byers And Ronnie Bower return from Charlestown State Park with some very large bucks. Andrew adds yet another big buck to huge collection whitetails and Ronnie shoots his biggest ever scoring in the 150's.

Josiah and Rachel

Josiah got a 90" couse and then takes his wife out and she shoots her first deer. The deer is a real big forked horn scoring about 85". Josiah was really wore out after having to carry this large bodied old buck about 2 miles through the mountains to get it to the truck. Congratulations to both of you.
