Matthew Fritzinger's First Buck

This is Matthew's first buck at 8 years old. We chased him two separate days and shot three times before final downing this buck. We found him still alive 30 hours after the first shot. He's hoping to win a muzzle-loader by being the youngest hunter and possibly some more prizes if it is the largest killed during muzzle-loader season. The buck scores 148 7/8" gross and 145 3/8" net with close to 34" of mass and over 25" beams.

This deer was just recently shot in KY by a guy my father-in-law knows who delivers for Lowe's. He thinks it may be a new World Record Typical buck. It supposedly only has a couple inches in deductions. He has already been offered $50,000 and Remington has offered him a whole lot of stuff also.

Joshua Fritzinger's First Deer

Joshua matched his two older brothers by shooting his first deer at 6 years old. He is hoping to win a shotgun for being the youngest hunter to kill a deer this season.
He told me 2 hours after seeing this buck, "Dad, I know 3 ways to call in a deer, one is to grunt, one is to rattle, and one is to pray." So he proceeded to take of his hat and prayed that the Lord would send back the buck we had seen that morning so he could shoot him. A few minutes later he made a perfect shot to get that buck. We thank the Lord for all he gives us.
